Mary Bunting

President/CEO
Mary is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Thomas Jane Medical.
She is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience providing
the right product to her customers with integrity and loyalty.
As CEO, Mary oversees all employees, managing contracts, price negotiations,
payroll, sales plans and execution. She also coordinates clinical trials to
ensure safety and efficacy of new products.
Mary graduated from Newman University, Wichita, KS with a dual Bachelor of Science degree; Marketing and Management. Her entire career has revolved around the medical community; sales, strategy, medical device development, networking, and building lasting customer relationships.
Mary and her husband, Dr. Eric Bunting have six children between them, ranging from elementary school to adults. She loves to attend their sporting events and other activities (and there are plenty of them). Mary also manages to carve out time for traveling and enjoying the company of her friends and other family members. However, special dates with her husband remain her #1 pastime.
Gina Perry

Operations Manager
Gina joined Thomas Jane Medical in June of 2025 as the Operations Manager. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness to align with strategic objectives. Duties include managing inventory, customer accounts, staff, vendors and logistics to keep everything running smoothly. Her favorite part of her position is connecting and empowering co-workers and customers and fostering a positive company experience. Gina has a multi-faceted public relations background in healthcare, customer service, marketing and extensive supervisory duties.
Gina has a degree in public relations from Wichita State University. Go Shockers! She has a lifelong love for athletics; participating and watching. Gina spent part of her career
working in a high school athletic department and recreation commission so she could be involved in her daughter’s school and sporting activities. She is still an avid fan of local teams.Gina lives a very full life and never meets a stranger. She enjoys watching Kansas City Royals baseball games and loves the Kansas City Chiefs football team. She and her fiancé, Austin are season ticket holders and rarely miss a game. She also enjoys
traveling and attending concerts with friends and family. She truly lives every day to the fullest making memories with those closest to her. Her daughter, Karissa and son-in-law, Shaun Paul, have blessed her with two beautiful grandchildren, Raegan and Shep, and two grand dogs, Gentry and Kash. They love to spend time with their “Gamma”. She always carries current pictures of her family and loves to show them off to others. It’s no secret that Gina is a devoted mother but the “icing on the cake” is being Gamma to God’s special blessings Rae Kay & Sheppy.

Tonia joined Thomas Jane Medical in January of 2023. As Sales Manager, Tonia is responsible for supporting both employees and customers of the company. She enjoys working one-on-one with surgeons and anesthesiologists in the OR. Her favorite part of the job is hearing stories from both surgeons and patients of improved surgical recoveries and decreased pain and discomfort from Thomas Jane Medical products.
She began her career in the medical field in 2002 after receiving her LPN license in Wichita, KS. Since then, she has worked Pediatric Home Health as a nurse, caring for young clients with technologies such as tracheostomies, feeding tubes and ventilators.
Dance and Yoga are two of Tonia’s passions that she has shared as an instructor at a local gym since 2012. She loves anything outdoors, including hiking and concerts. She has two children, 21 and 27, and a 9-year-old Shar-Pei Beagle named Oz.
Maureen Winter, RN

Maureen is an award-winning and growth-focused professional with 25 years of proven success, beginning her career as a nurse before advancing into medical device sales. She has worked for both large and small companies within the ENT and head and neck industry, developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Skilled at identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, she excels in forging strategic partnerships and expanding customer bases. Maureen brings diverse experience working with start-up companies and distributorships, serving as Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Sales and Regional Manager in medical device sales with a major focus on ENT, otology, facial plastics, maxillofacial, and urology.
Proficient in conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and understanding customer needs, Maureen translates insights into actionable strategies that provide a competitive edge. She is adept at negotiating contracts with hospitals and clinics to introduce new products while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations.
Maureen is an expert at building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and opinion leaders, to drive customer loyalty and maximize sales potential. Additionally, she has extensive experience in leading and motivating cross-functional sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
Kibwei McKinney, MD

Medical Director
Dr. McKinney earned his bachelor's degree in human biology from Stanford University in Stanford, California, before earning a medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia.
He then completed multiple programs at UNC Medical Center in Chapel Hill, N.C., including a fellowship as a part of the National Institute of Health T32 program, a residency specializing in otolaryngology - head and neck surgery, and a fellowship specializing in rhinology, allergy and endoscopic skull base surgery. Additionally, Dr. McKinney also completed a fellowship in rhinology, nasal and sinus surgery at the Georgia Nasal and Sinus Institute in Savannah, Ga. Dr. McKinney has experience teaching as a professor at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, in the Department of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery. He enjoys mentoring young doctors, speaking at national conferences and has taught numerous medical education seminars for his peers. He was named a top doctor by Oklahoma Magazine in 2022 and has been published numerous times for his studies.
Dr. McKinney is a member of six medical professional organizations and is currently serving as Chair of the Skull Base and Orbital Surgery Section of the American Rhinologic Society.
Kaden Roy

Territory Sales ManagerKaden Roy is originally from Wichita, Kansas. He graduated in 2023 from Kansas State University with a degree in Finance.
His passion for healthcare and medical technology led him to attend Medical Sales College in 2023, where he built a strong foundation in medical device sales, anatomy, and clinical selling. He completed the program at the top of his class and considers it a highly impactful experience.
After graduating, Kaden joined Thomas Jane Medical in 2023 and has been with the team ever since. He discovered a strong interest in ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) and is proud to represent the Kansas City territory. Kaden looks forward to continuing to grow, learn, and help providers deliver exceptional care.
Matt Shults

Wichita State University InternMatt joined Thomas Jane Medical in March 2026 as a Marketing Intern, where he supports various initiatives aimed at strengthening the company’s marketing efforts and overall growth. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, along with a minor in Management, at Wichita State University and is expected to graduate in May 2026.
In his role, Matt is eager to contribute wherever possible while continuing to develop his skills and gain hands-on experience in the field. He brings a strong interest in digital strategy, communication, and continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and cheering on Wichita State Athletics. Originally from the Topeka area, he and his wife relocated to Wichita to further their education and build their future.

Malik Idbeis is the CEO and Founder of GhostWorks Cyber Security and IT Solutions. He began managing Thomas Jane Medical’s technology infrastructure in the summer of 2025 and oversees TJM’s cyber security and IT compliance initiatives.
Malik values the diversity of technologies and cultures across his client base, bringing a thoughtful and adaptable approach to every organization he serves. Working with companies across multiple industries has equipped him and the GhostWorks team with broad, real-world expertise.
Prior to founding GhostWorks in 2021, Malik served as a hospital Chief Information Officer (CIO), where IT systems, security, and regulatory compliance were central to his leadership focus. Since launching GhostWorks, he has remained committed to delivering a boutique, personalized IT experience—helping clients strengthen infrastructure, safeguard data, and operate with confidence.
