Mary Bunting is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Thomas Jane Medical. 

A seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in the medical industry, she built the company on a commitment to providing the right products to surgical customers with integrity and dependability.

Maureen Winter, RN

Vice President of Sales

Maureen Winter is the Vice President of Sales at Thomas Jane Medical, an award-winning, growth-focused leader with 25 years of proven success in healthcare. 

She began her career as a registered nurse before advancing into medical device sales, giving her a clinical foundation that informs how she serves surgical customers today.

Tonia Kreutzer

Sales Manager

Tonia Kreutzer is the Sales Manager at Thomas Jane Medical, where she supports both the company’s sales team and its surgical customers.

She works directly with surgeons and anesthesiologists in the operating room, partnering with clinical teams to ensure they have the specialty products their procedures require.

Gina Perry

Operations Manager

Gina joined Thomas Jane Medical in June 2025 as Operations Manager, bringing a strong focus on customer service, operational excellence, and responsive support for healthcare providers.

Kibwei McKinney, MD

Dr. Kibwei McKinney is a fellowship-trained otolaryngologist and the Medical Director of Thomas Jane Medical.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in human biology from Stanford University and his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.

Mary Bunting Founder & CEO

Mary Bunting is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Thomas Jane Medical. A seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in the medical industry, she built the company on a commitment to providing the right products to surgical customers with integrity and dependability.

As CEO, Mary leads all aspects of the business — overseeing contracts, pricing, sales strategy, and operations — and coordinates clinical evaluation of new products. Her leadership has positioned Thomas Jane Medical as a woman-owned specialty surgical supplier trusted by hospitals, surgery centers, and physician practices.

Mary holds a dual Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Newman University in Wichita, Kansas. Her entire career has centered on the medical community — spanning sales, strategy, medical device development, and the lasting customer relationships that remain at the heart of how Thomas Jane Medical operates today.

Maureen Winter, RN VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

Maureen Winter is the Vice President of Sales at Thomas Jane Medical, an award-winning, growth-focused leader with 25 years of proven success in healthcare. She began her career as a registered nurse before advancing into medical device sales, giving her a clinical foundation that informs how she serves surgical customers today.

Maureen has held senior commercial roles — including Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Sales, and Regional Manager — at both large and small companies across the ENT and head-and-neck space, with deep focus in ENT, otology, facial plastics, maxillofacial, and urology. She specializes in developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth, cultivate new business, and expand customer relationships, with particular strength in startup and distributorship environments.

Skilled in market analysis and contract negotiation with hospitals and clinics, Maureen translates industry insight into actionable strategy while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations. At Thomas Jane Medical, she leads the sales organization and its network of representatives, building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key opinion leaders.

Tonia Kreutzer SALES MANAGER

Tonia Kreutzer is the Sales Manager at Thomas Jane Medical, where she supports both the company’s sales team and its surgical customers. She works directly with surgeons and anesthesiologists in the operating room, partnering with clinical teams to ensure they have the specialty products their procedures require.

Tonia brings more than two decades of healthcare experience to the role. She earned her LPN license in Wichita, Kansas, in 2002 and built her early career in pediatric home health, caring for medically complex patients with tracheostomies, feeding tubes, and ventilator support. That clinical foundation informs how she works with surgical teams today — with a direct understanding of patient care and procedural needs.

Since joining Thomas Jane Medical in 2023, Tonia has focused on building strong, service-driven relationships with surgical customers and supporting improved outcomes through the company’s product portfolio.

GINA PERRY OPERATIONS MANAGER

Gina joined Thomas Jane Medical in June 2025 as Operations Manager, bringing a strong focus on customer service, operational excellence, and responsive support for healthcare providers.

She oversees day-to-day operations, customer account management, order fulfillment, inventory coordination, and shipping logistics to help ensure hospitals, surgery centers, physician offices, and medical practices receive specialty surgical products quickly and accurately.

Gina works closely with customers and the Thomas Jane Medical team to provide dependable communication, efficient order processing, and a seamless purchasing experience. Her commitment to exceptional service helps support Thomas Jane Medical’s mission of delivering trusted medical products with reliability, responsiveness, and personalized care.

Gina has a Bachelor’s degree in public relations and Minor in Marketing from Wichita State University. 

Kibwei McKinney, MD

Dr. Kibwei McKinney is a fellowship-trained otolaryngologist. He earned his bachelor’s degree in human biology from Stanford University and his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.

He completed multiple programs at UNC Medical Center in Chapel Hill, including a National Institutes of Health T32 research fellowship, a residency in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery, and a fellowship in rhinology, allergy, and endoscopic skull base surgery. He completed an additional fellowship in rhinology, nasal, and sinus surgery at the Georgia Nasal and Sinus Institute.

Dr. McKinney has served as a professor in the Department of Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He was named a Top Doctor by Oklahoma Magazine in 2022, has been published widely, holds membership in six professional medical organizations, and currently serves as Chair of the Skull Base and Orbital Surgery Section of the American Rhinologic Society.
