What is Sealk?

Sealk utilizes advanced technology that provides power to control bleeding. Once applied to the wound and upon contact with blood, exudates (fluid from a wound or incision), or body fluids, Sealk turns into a sticky transparent gel. 

Sealk stops bleeding, initiates blood coagulation, forms a protective membrane layer. This lowers the need for cauterizing (burning) wounds, especially in younger children, and reduces the need and time for pain medications. It is also easily removable without disruption of the clotted surface.
