Pediatric otolaryngologist brings international training and academic expertise to Thomas Jane Medical’s growing clinical advisory team
WICHITA, Kan. — September 16, 2026— Thomas Jane Medical (TJM), a woman-owned distributor specializing in ENT surgical products, announced today that Thomas Schrepfer, MD, has joined the company as a Medical Advisor.
Dr. Thomas Schrepfer is a pediatric otolaryngologist at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in South Florida. Prior to joining Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in August 2026, he served on the faculty at the University of Florida, where he was an Associate Professor of Pediatric Otolaryngology and practiced from 2018 through April 2026. His extensive clinical, surgical, and academic training spans multiple institutions and countries, bringing a broad perspective to Thomas Jane Medical’s advisory team.
Dr. Schrepfer earned his medical degree at the University of Zurich and subsequently completed residency training in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery at University Hospital Zurich in Switzerland. Following residency, he completed an MD-MSc in Medical Biology at the University of Zurich. He then completed a research fellowship at the University of Michigan’s Kresge Hearing Research Institute, followed by a clinical fellowship at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City and a pediatric otolaryngology fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
